Donna is a Senior Negotiator with Hastings Legal, guiding clients through the sales process from offer to completion. With experience across legal conveyancing and property sales, she combines a strong understanding of the process with a focus on communication and client care.

She enjoys negotiating outcomes that delight sellers while keeping buyers happy, and takes pride in helping each client manage their move with confidence. For Donna, no two sales are the same — every client has their own journey, and she values the importance of empathy and understanding at every stage.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys walking and spending time with her husband and dog, Henry. She is also a keen music fan and enjoys attending local events around the Borders.
