Jane is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal based in our Selkirk office, specialising in residential conveyancing. She acts for clients in sales, purchases and transfers of title and liaises with solicitors and clients to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
In addition to property work, Jane advises on Wills and Powers of Attorney, bringing a clear and supportive approach to these personal matters. She has particular experience assisting first-time buyers and understands the importance of patience and communication in guiding clients with confidence.
