Hastings Legal is pleased to announce the appointment of Suzanne Burn, AssocRICS, and Ruth Davidson, CertCIH, as Directors, further strengthening the firm’s leadership across the Scottish Borders.

They join Naomi Hastings, who has served as a Director for the past two years and plays a key role in the development of Hastings Legal’s brand, website, digital strategy and overall client experience across the firm.
Suzanne Burn, who has led the Berwickshire property team for more than 20 years, brings extensive experience, strong client relationships and deep local market knowledge. She is known for her consistent leadership and hands-on support for clients throughout the selling process.
Ruth Davidson, now heading up the Central Borders team, has been a leading valuer with the firm since 2014. Her commitment to high-quality service and in-depth understanding of the region has made her a trusted professional to clients and colleagues alike.
Together, Suzanne, Ruth and Naomi strengthen the next generation of leadership at Hastings Legal, building on the foundation laid by Ron Hastings, Ricky Hope and Tim Taylor.
