Our Kelso Legal Office at 15 The Square was the first office opened by Ron Hastings, establishing the firm’s roots in the town centre and forming the base from which Hastings Legal has grown across the Borders. The entrance is located in the close opposite the Town Hall, next to FatFace — a helpful landmark if you miss the darker close entrance. Simply enter through the doorway on the right and follow the stairs up to the reception on the first floor.

This office is dedicated to legal services only, offering support with Wills, Powers of Attorney, executries, private-client advice and conveyancing for property purchases and sales.

For clients who require ground-floor access, appointments can be arranged in the downstairs meeting room at the Kelso Property Shop, just a short walk away on the same street at 28 the Square.

Parking
Kelso offers several parking options close to the Legal Office. There are 2-hour on-street spaces throughout The Square, and visitors can often find parking nearby. For longer stays free all day parking is available at Coledale Car Park and the Knowes Car Park just a three-minute walk past Kelso Abbey and through St Andrew’s Churchyard. Additional limited parking is available in the small car park down the lane past Boots.
